Negotium's primarily focused is business valuation. Used in mediation (marital dissolution), litigation support (dissenting shareholders), IRS reporting (gift and estate), and or negotiations for the sale/purchase/merger of a business. 

Our offices are located in Florida. However, this does not hinder us from working on clients throughout the United States. 

Initially we get to know you. Typically this is done over the telephone or via video call. Once we have answered your questions and had our questions answered, we will request copies of your most recent financial statements or tax returns. We will need to review your financial history to understand the scope of work. Then we will get in contact with you with an estimate of cost. A typical appraisal takes us about 4 weeks to complete from the time we are engaged.
